AI Clearing invests $16M in Warsaw R&D center and expands its team

AI Clearing to Invest $30 Million in Poland, Expanding Warsaw R&D Center and Hiring Top Talent

AI Clearing, a technology company operating in the infrastructure sector using its unique Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, will invest $30 million (over PLN 120 million) in Poland. The largest portion of this funding will go toward the further expansion of its Research & Development Center in Warsaw.

Additional funds will support the development of AI models and accelerate the recruitment of top experts. The Polish-American technology company has already spent $14 million (over PLN 48 million) on increasing specialist hires, product development, and sales support. Now, it plans to allocate at least $16 million to expand its R&D center over the next few years.

“We’ve only been operating since 2021, and we have already hired 70 highly skilled specialists in Warsaw. The planned investments will allow us to rapidly grow our team in the coming years. We believe in the Polish tech ecosystem, which offers exceptional talent potential. This is a key reason why Warsaw remains our main R&D hub,” says Michał Mazur, CEO and Co-Founder of AI Clearing.

Adam Wiśniewski, CTO and Co-Founder of AI Clearing, adds: “We continue our collaboration with Warsaw University of Technology, as well as with AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, supporting student organizations and competitions. Since our founding, this has contributed to the development of the local tech community. Close cooperation with academia and hands-on work on our own AI models is what sets us apart and enables us to attract and develop the best AI talent in the industry.”

“Our unique solutions are used by the largest infrastructure companies in the USA, Canada, and the Middle East,” emphasizes Michał Mazur. “Our AI supports the execution of key infrastructure projects by delivering precise, real-time data and analyses.”

Collaboration with Universities and Technological Innovation

For over four years, AI Clearing has actively collaborated with Warsaw University of Technology and AGH University. The company engages young talent in R&D projects.
